When I first started my psychic business it was never at the top of my wish list to be on TV. In fact, as an introvert, being in front of an audience terrified me! Just the thought of it would take me outside my comfort zone.
BUT little did I know the universe would have different plans for me.
Never in my wildest dreams did I think I'd get to where I am now in my psychic business, both as a successful celebrity & TV psychic working with people all over the world, to coaching other spiritual business owners to create successful, abundant businesses.
Back when I first took the plunge and started my psychic business, I got an opportunity to be on TV which I didn’t expect at all. It went like this:
When I first started my business I joined two phone lines, one of which was in a TV studio. I worked on the phone lines in the back of the studio, so I wasn't actually on camera. In fact, as mentioned, I didn't even have any aspirations to be in the spotlight.
However as soon as I started on the phone lines the producer rang me up wanting me to be in the studio. I began by doing a few mini readings, and luckily (for me!) my face wasn’t actually on the screen, as you’d have seen me shaking like a leaf. I was SO nervous.
Shortly after I was then asked to attend the Mind, Body, Soul exhibition in London representing the channel. At the event I got chatting to some of the producers and people behind the scenes from the channel. Again, at this point, I had no desire to be "on screen".
THEN a few months later I was invited in for my first TV spot in the studio. As you can imagine I was absolutely TERRIFIED. It wasn’t an aspiration of mine to be on TV. I was so scared!
You may be thinking that there would be lots of training and guidance from others on how to be on TV, the protocols to follow etc. Nope! There was no training to prepare me - I just had to get on with it. I didn’t know how the equipment worked, where to look, or really how to act. And I didn’t tell anyone I was going to be on the show.
After the first show the producers invited me back and I was offered a regular job on the channel as a studio psychic. WOWZERS! I was going to be on TV regularly as one of the faces of the show.
So what did I learn from this experience? Firstly, you don’t have to be super positive about something in order to manifest it. It's been my life's work and soul purpose doing what I do, and so when opportunities came my way which I didn't even really want, it was like the universe was telling me otherwise. That I had to share my skills with the world, whether I liked it or not!
Not long after more opportunities came my way: I was on holiday when I got a call from ITVBe to be on one of their shows, I was approached by Mystic Mag magazine for a feature, plus lots more amazing opportunities. I wasn’t actively trying to manifest these opportunities - but because I was so immersed in this world and loved doing it, these naturally came my way.
I also believe these were a by-product of the inner work that I do. I spend a lot of time working on my own self development, honing my skills, working with others to develop myself, and connecting with my spirit guides: meditating, talking to them, working with them.
Are you a master manifestor too? What have you manifested that you didn't realise you even really wanted?
