I teach a variety of healing modalities which are known for helping with almost every health issue, Spiritual healing works with the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual elements of every human being.
Spiritual healing is non invasive, gentle and deeply relaxing. The energy channelled through a healing session is an intelligent energy and will go where it is needed most.
Spiritual healing is easy and fun to learn with the added benefit of receiving many healing sessions yourself as you learn the healing techniques with your fellow students.
Healing works in harmony with other therapies, such as massage and is a great addition to any to any healing practise. Once you have completed a course, you can give healing to friends and family.
Reiki
Reiki is a safe, gentle and non-intrusive hands-on healing technique which you can use to heal yourself or others. It uses spiritual energy to treat physical ailments without using pressure, massage or manipulation. It is more than a physical therapy, it is a holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of the body.
It works on all levels – body, mind, emotional and spirit. Reiki is also a tool for personal and spiritual advancement.
What does Reiki mean?
Reiki is made up of two Japanese words and is pronounced RAY KEY. Rei is translated as the wisdom and knowledge of all the universe. It means the Higher Intelligence that guides the creation and functioning of the Universe. Sometimes translated simply as universal. Ki is the life force energy which flows through every living thing. This is known as chi in China, prana in India and Mana in Hawaiian. When we become low in Chi we start to become ill, tired or may lack concentration. When chi is flowing freely we feel healthy. Ki is understood well by those practising martial arts.

Reiki is taught in four levels:
Reiki Level 1
This is taught in 2 days usually a weekend.

Advanced Reiki Level 3 - Master Practitioner
This is a 2 day workshop.

Reiki Master / Teacher Level
This is taught over a number of days tailored to the individual student.

Tera Mai Sei-Chem
Tera-Mai is the registered trademark of Kathleen Milner (USA), Originally trained in traditional Reiki and Seichem, Kathleen experienced a series of consciousness-raising experiences in a similar way to Dr Usui. She was shown updated attunement procedures and symbols for the Reiki and Seichem attunements which are suited to the todays vibrational frequencies. Tera-Mai Seichem has the Earth elemental healing energy (Reiki) as well as the other 3 elements – Sakara (fire), Sophi-El (water) and Angeliclight (air).
